Dr. Tam Trinh

Dr. Trinh is passionate about providing quality endodontic services near Wheeling to tangibly improve his patients’ lives by alleviating their discomfort and enhancing their dental health. He takes the time to learn about your individual needs and concerns, and finds it deeply gratifying to devise a customized treatment plan personalized to address them.

Dr. Trinh has always enjoyed problem-solving and working with his hands, but it wasn’t until he attended a summer program at UC San Francisco that he became interested in a career in dentistry. When he witnessed the positive impact dentists could have and how they combined science, precision, and relationship-building to achieve their goals, he decided it was the right field for him.

After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, Dr. Trinh remained there to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the College of Dentistry. He then went on to gain a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. If that weren’t impressive enough, he also completed his Endodontic Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Today, Dr. Trinh has over a decade of experience and continues to actively participate with several professional organizations, including (but not limited to) the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists, to remain current with the latest technology and treatment trends near Wheeling.

Dr. Nisha Mehta

Dr. Mehta also has 10+ years of experience, and takes pride in being able to help alleviate patients’ pain at the office near Wheeling every day. Her interest in oral healthcare may have begun at an early age, when she had positive experiences with her own pediatric dentist. As she grew, so did her love for science and her passion for working with her hands, so it seemed only natural to select a career in oral healthcare.

Dr. Mehta completed her undergraduate studies at Purdue University before pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She has also completed several residencies, including a General Practice Residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, an Implant Fellowship at the Southern Illinois University of Dental Medicine, and an Endodontics Residency at Saint Louis University.

Today, Dr. Mehta appreciates the intricate nature of endodontic treatments and enjoys providing services to help people build happy, healthy smiles. She is committed to continuing education so she can apply the latest evidence-based approaches. Dr. Mehta is also a member of various respected organizations, such as the Illinois State Dental Society and the American Association of Endodontists, among others.
